Flower and gem essences affect the subtle energy bodies and layers of our auric fields, supporting emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body-soul harmony.
 
Listen to your intuition when working with flower and gem essences. It is not about the amount of the essence you use at once; it's about consistency of use. In general, it is recommended to add 2-4 drops to water, 1-4x per day. It is helpful to work with them for about two weeks at a time. Notice shifts in consciousness.
